The Austofix PHP Proximal Humeral Plate has been designed in collaboration with Australia’s
leading upper limb surgeons. It is designed for the fixation of varying fracture patterns of the
proximal humerus.
Key features of the PHP Proximal Humeral Plate include:
- Universal Plate specifically designed for both left and right proximal humerus
- Posterior Plate is available in left and right proximal humerus configurations
- Plates are low profile and anatomically contoured, reducing subacromial impingement
- Multiple Combi-Suture holes surrounding the proximal construct of the plate allows for
provisional fixation and plate alignment - Most proximal tab of the PHP Posterior Plate allows for fixation of any screw length while the
most distal tab allows for screw lengths of up to 26mm - Screw projections in the proximal end of the plate are designed to best preserve bone
quality in the humeral head
